I have no idea how to make a land crossing from Cambodia to Vietnam. I've never been to Vietnam myself, but I'm hoping to go there end this year or maybe early next year. And after Vietnam, Philippines! I've been wanting to visit the Philippines for a long time but none of my friends are enthusiastic. Your post on the Spanish East Indies, though, gives me a lot of material to persuade them with :)
